This podcast covers the most important psych/soc theories on the MCAT. First, I will discuss social theories: functionalism, symbolic interactionism, conflict theory, social constructionism. Next, I will talk about theories of emotion: James-Lange, Cannon-Bard, Schachter-Singer, Lazarus. Last, I will discuss a few different theories of motivation including: Drive-Reduction, Incentive, Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, and more.
